摘要
根据超弹性材料的非线性本构关系,考虑空气弹簧的材料非线性、几何非线性和接触非线性问题,应用MSC.Marc软件建立了空气弹簧的有限元模型,以计算空气弹簧横向载荷与横向位移响应特性,得到其非线性横向刚度曲线,并通过实测数据验证了这一计算的合理性。并据此研究了内压、帘线角、帘线层数、帘布线厚度等空气弹簧参数对横向刚度的影响,以及帘线角对胶囊各铺层应力的影响,为空气弹簧的优化设计和横向特性分析提供了新思路。
Based on the nonlinear constitutive relation of hyperelastic material, the finite element model is es- tablished with MSC. Marc software, considering material nonlinearity, geometric nonlinearity and contact non- linearity, The nonlinear lateral stiffness curve is obtained through the calculation of the response characteristics of lateral load and lateral displacement. The calculation results are verified through testing data. In the mean- time, analysis is performed on the effect of several parameters of air spring, such as inner pressure, angle of fi- ber, fiber layer number, fiber layer thickness on the lateral stiffness characteristic of air spring, as well as the effect of angle of fiber on the stress distribution of the fiber layer of rubber capsule, thereby providing the basis for the design optimization and lateral characteristic analysis of air spring.
