摘要
现有的隔震技术应用方案决策评价缺乏对建筑无形价值的考量,影响业主单位对隔震方案价值的评估。价值工程法是一种结合功能和成本的决策分析方法,通过对某幼儿园建筑隔震方案与抗震方案决策中的价值工程法分析,建立隔震建筑功能评价指标体系,并运用模糊层次分析法进行功能评价、运用全寿命周期法进行成本分析,结果表明,采用隔震设计,该项目功能提升较大,全寿命周期成本略高,总体应用价值提升,以期提供决策者参考。
The research of isolation buildings economic analysis models were unable to evaluate the intangible value of building,it may mislead the decision- makers to make inappropriate evaluation of isolation buildings. Value Engineering is a decision- making analysis which combines functionality and cost. A Value Engineering analysis of a kindergarten for making decisions between isolation program and seismic program,setting up the index system of function assess about isolation building,evaluating the function coefficient using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. By using the method of life- cycle cost analysis in the evaluation of costs,the results show that the ability of earthquake proof of the building is improved by using isolation design. The whole life- cycle cost little more and the application value improved. Thus provides reference for the application of decision- making on isolation building.
