Causes of and Preventive Measures of Cast-in-situ Concrete Structure Fissure

进入21世纪这十余年,我省的房地产产业发展较快,在结构型式上也多采用钢筋混凝土结构,住宅建筑中混凝土的裂缝及其引起的渗漏问题一直是消费者投诉的主要问题。裂缝的存在不仅对房屋使用功能造成一些负面的影响,也降低了混凝土结构的耐久性和安全性。本文对混凝土工程中几种常见的裂缝进行了探讨、分析,并针对这几种裂缝提出了一些预防措施和补强方法。

Fujian＇s real estate industry has been developing rapidly in the last decade of the 21 st century. Reinforced concrete structure has been widely used in structure and the fissure in residential buildings and the leakage problem is always a major complaint from customers.Fissures not only have negative impacts on house using function,but also reduce the durability and safety of concrete structure. This paper mainly analyzes some regular fissure problems in concrete project and also put forwards some preventive and treating measures according to specific conditions.
