场所公开视野下的检务公开窗口建设

The Window Construction of the Openness of Procuratorial Work in the Public Places

场所公开是检务公开最为直接的方式,窗口建设是公众实现知情权最有效的途径。我国检务公开的窗口建设有相关司法解释作为依据,在实践探索中出现的主要类型有:控申接待窗口、案管中心、法律监督宣告室和派驻检察室。虽然我国检务公开的窗口建设取得了很大的成效,但由于发展时间短、经验不足依然存在一些问题。对我国当前检务公开中窗口建设的问题,可以从通过立法将场所公开纳入信息公开的范围、整合窗口建设同一平台、增强场所公开的实质内容等方面对其予以完善。

The publicity of the place information is the most direct method in the openness of procuratorial work. Construction of the public window is the most efficient approach to realize the general public＇s right to know. The construction of our public window in procuratorial work has the relevant judicial interpretation as the basis. There are four categories in the construction of the public window, including the reception window of charge and complain, the case management center, the room for declaration of the legal supervision, and procuratorial office. Although our window construction of the openness of procuratorial work has made great achievements, a lot of problems still exist. Against a series of questions in the construction of the public window, we should take steps to improve it, such as bring place openness into the scope of information disclosure,integrative platform for the public window, and enhance substance of the place openness.
