Thoughts on Promoting the Judicial Credibility of the People's Procuratorates

司法公信力是法治社会的灵魂,是检察工作的生命线,在对检察机关司法公信力进行了简要概述的基础上,强调了检察机关司法公信力建设在全面深化改革新时期、在依法治国背景下以及在社会矛盾凸显形势下的重要意义,阐述了当前影响检察机关司法公信力的法律文化、社会环境、司法体制、执法环境等外因及司法理念、执法素能、检务公开、职能发挥等内因,进而对检察机关提升司法公信力提出以履行职能为依托,以公正司法为中心,以检务公开为抓手,以执法为民为宗旨,以队伍建设为根本的应然选择与实然之路。

Judicial credibility is the soul of society with rule of law and the lifeline of procuratorial work.Based on a brief overview of the public judicial credibility of the procuratorial organ, the author emphasizes the significance of the judicial credibility of procuratorial organs in the new period of comprehensively deepening reform, under the background of rule of law, and in the situation of emergence of social contradiction. The author also explores the external causes such as legal culture, social environment, judicial system, environment of the law enforcement, as well as the internal causes such as judicial philosophy, law enforcement, the openness of procuratorial work and functional exertion, which deeply affect the judicial credibility of the procuratorial organs. Then the author proposed that the procuratorial organs in order to enhance the judicial credibility should perform the functions based on the judicial justice as the center, keep the openness of procuratorial work as the starting point, enforce the law for the people as the purpose, and regard team building as the necessary choice and the real fundamental road.
