海峡两岸体育学硕士研究生培养方式的比较研究——基于培养目标、课程设置及学术能力培养的视角

Comparative Study on Graduate Program of Physical Education Between China's Mainland and Taiwan:in Perspective of Educational Objectives,Curriculum and Development of Academic Competencies

采用比较研究的方法,对两岸体育学硕士研究生教育的培养目标、专业设置、课程设置、论文指导等方面进行比较研究,结论:两岸培养目标相似,但拟培养的核心能力不同,台湾地区更符合专业要求;两岸专业设置不同,课程结构相似,选课制度不同;两岸学术能力培养过程差别较大;调整就业目标是两岸面对的共性问题。

Using the comparative study,it discusses the differences and similarities between China's Mainland and Taiwan in educational objectives, majors, curriculum and thesis guidance in Graduate Program of Physical Education. Conclusions ： both China's Mainland and Taiwan are similar in educational objectives, but different in the core competencies development, in which Taiwan accords more with professional requirements than the mainland; the two are different in majors and elective system, but similar in curriculum structure; development of academic competencies is greatly different between the two; adjustment in employment targets is a common problem for the both.
