Evaluation on Foreign Capital Utilization of Sri Lanka after Its Post Civil War

2009年内战结束后,斯里兰卡政府继续坚持对外开放的政策,在诸多经济领域为外国经济投资的进入提供了便利条件,包括改善基础设施建设、营造良好的法律环境,提供各种的税收优惠等措施。随着内战后投资环境的改善,斯里兰卡成为亚太地区最有投资吸引力的区域之一。本文分析了斯里兰卡内战结束后利用外资的现状和特点,及其加快利用外资的措施,并对其利用外资过程中存在的问题进行了探析,最后对斯里兰卡利用外资的前景作了展望。

After the end of the war in 2009,Sri Lanka government continues to adhere to the policy of opening up,to provide convenient conditions for foreign investment in many economic fields,including improvement of infrastructure,and building a favorable legal environment and providing different levels of tax incentives and other measures.These measures played a positive role in attracting foreign direct investment. With the improvement of the investment environment after the civil war,Sri Lanka has become one of the most attractive investment destinations in Asia- Pacific region. Though there are some problems in the utilization of foreign capital,the prospect for Sri Lanka's attraction of foreign investment and utilization of foreign capital is bright.
