摘要 SL4装船机是唐山港"京唐港购置翻车机系统设备项目扩容改造工程"的配套设备。在设备安装方案制定时,考虑到国内外装船机、卸船机等大型起重机械的安装一般采用整机滚装上岸的方式,但由于码头岸线已有3条装船线,如采用滚装上岸的方式,需拆除已有3条皮带机各50延米,影响已有3条装船线生产运营2周时间,这对公司生产运营影响较大。经研究采用了整机吊装上岸的方案。吊装方案的成功实施,几乎未对原工程的生产运行造成影响。该方案可为其他码头改造工程提供参考与借鉴。 The ship-loader SL4 was used to support Tangshan Port car dumper purchase, extension and renovation project. In general, the integral roll-on-off method applied to the installation of ship loader, un-loader and other large-scale lifting equipment in China and abroad. However, approx. 50 linear meters of the existing three belt conveyers would be dismantled if the above roll-on-off method was adopted, which would impact two-week operation of three ship loading lines, and disarrange the port production to a great extent. As an alternative, the integral hoisting method was determined and implemented successfully, which almost had no effect on normal production and operation. The option could provide references for other port renovation projects.
