摘要
本文针对黄骅港四车翻车机在实际运行过程中出现的混编车组接卸、铁路信号联锁不畅、定位车推送机车车头效率低以及作业过程中溜车、压车器信号不稳定等问题,提出了改造方案和方法,以便提高翻车机的卸车能力和翻卸效率,增强设备运行稳定性和安全性。
The renovation option and method are put forward for the mixed wagons unloading, railway signal interlocking, low efficiency of position-car pushing locomotive, wagon sliding and signal instability of the wagon holdings in the operation process of four-car-dumper at Huanghua port. The above research results will improve the capacity, efficiency, stability and safety of the car dumper.
