摘要
为考察AP的聚集对端燃药柱燃烧边界效应的影响,以CTPB推进剂端燃药柱为研究对象,从药柱剖切面的中心到边界进行等距取样,分别采用GJB 770B—2005和SEM-EDS测试了不同部位试样的燃速和Cl元素含量(代表AP含量)。结果表明,在药柱剖切面上,燃速由中心向边界逐渐增加,呈现出典型的燃速边界效应;同样,AP含量也由中心向边界逐渐增加,表明燃速边界效应是由AP含量分布不均造成的。浇注方式对端燃药柱燃速边界效应具有明显影响,采用全燃面浇注方式可以消除药浆浇注过程中侧向流动导致的AP含量分布不均的现象,从而弱化燃速边界效应,有助于提高端燃药柱的燃烧稳定性。
Based on CTPB propellant end-burning grain and equidistant interval sampling from the center of grain section to boundary,the burning rates and Cl contents( representing AP contents) of different parts of grain section were determined to disclose the influence of AP concentration on boundary effect by using GJB770B—2005 Standard and SEM-EDS respectively.The experimental results show that the burning rates of different parts of grain section increase gradually from center to boundary,which takes on a typical boundary effect. Similarly,the AP contents of different parts of grain section also increase gradually from center to boundary,which indicates that the boundary effect results from the uneven distribution of AP content in different parts of grain.Furthermore,the casting style can affect the boundary effect significantly.When uniform casting style is adopted,the uneven distribution of AP caused by the lateral flow in the process of propellant slurry-casting can be eliminated and the boundary effect can be weakened as well.As a result,the combustion stability of end-burning grain will be increased evidently.
