摘要
世界大国汇聚亚洲是看中了亚洲的重要战略地位及其经济蓬勃发展的趋势。中国作为亚洲"大家庭"的重要成员,外交战略重心应着眼于和立足于亚洲地区。不同之处是美国"重返亚洲"或"亚太再平衡"战略是以军事为主轴,而中国对亚洲地区的外交政策则是以突出"经略周边"为重点。"21世纪海上丝绸之路"建设是我国"经略周边"的外交与战略谋划及全面对外开放的大战略。
World powers all have paid attention on Asia＇s significant strategic position and booming economic trend. China as a member of the＂family＂of the Asia should focus its diplomatic strategy on Asia area. Different with＂Returning to Asia＂and ＂Asia-Pacific rebalancing＂of the United State which focused on military as a strategy,China should to adopt strategy of＂Dealing with Relations of Surroundings＂. The construction of＂The 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road＂is a great diplomatic and fully open strategy for＂Dealing with Relations of Surroundings＂.
