摘要
焦炉煤气气相色谱法对其组分的定性定量可以精确地计算出其发热值。以国标为基础对此法加以改进,一是从载气的选择上做了很多尝试,最终确定选用氦气为载气;二是采用双通道阀切换技术达到一次进样即可分析全部组分。在气路配置中增加一个10通阀,可以在分析过程中进行阀切换,有效地利用PQ及13X色谱柱各自的分析特性,达到最佳的分离效果。通过实验及数据分析,能够满足国标要求,准确地测定各组分含量。
Qualitative and quantitative analysis of coking gas components by gas chromatography can accurately calculate the heat value of coking gas. Based on national standard this method was improved from two aspects, of which firstly helium was chosen as the carrier gas after many trials and then double-channel valve switch technique was adopted to achieve analysis of all components with one sampling. A ten-way valve was added to the gas channel configuration enabling valve switch during analysis, to effectively utilize the specific analyzing characteristics of PQ and 13 X chromatogram and achieve the best separating effect. Experiments and data analysis showed it could meet the requirement of national standard and accurately measure the content of each gas component.
