摘要
莱钢3200 m3高炉配套25 MW直排式TRT发电机组运行2年后,通过设备状态监测与故障诊断系统的监测数据发现,机组3#轴承座轴向振动连续出现较大幅度的波动,经分析,确定原因是轴承基础刚度比较薄弱,受高炉顶压波动影响剧烈。因工作空间限制,制作了特殊工装进行了处理,处理后机组运行平稳。
After two years of operation of the 25 MW direct-discharge type TRT unit for the 3200 m^3 blast furnace of Laiwu Steel, it was found through the monitoring data of equipment monitoring and defect diagnosis system that big fluctuations in the radial vibration of the No.3 bearing seat constantly occurred. The cause of the problem was determined through analysis that due to relative weak rigidity the bearing base was severely affected by fluctuations in the top pressure of the blast furnace. Because of limited operation space special work equipment was constructed to treat the problem, which has stabilized the operation of the unit.
