摘要
根据煤炭物料的散体特性和离散元理论,建立大型定量板式输送机装卸载过程中的物料流动模型,并利用DEM软件进行数值模拟分析,掌握大型定量板式输送机装卸载过程中的物料流动规律以及装卸载时间,为大型定量板式输送机结构设计和立井提升系统设计提供参考和依据。
Based on the bulk solid feature of the coal material and discrete element theory,the material flowing model is built for the large-scale quantitative plate conveyer during loading and unloading process,with the numerical simulation analysis in DEM software,in order to get the material flowing rule and loading-unloading time,providing reference and basis for structural design of the large-scale quantitative plate conveyer and design of lifting system of the vertical shaft.
