摘要
针对目前散装物料输送系统存在的特点,提出了几种转接设备的结构设计形式,从设备具体方案和技术特点方面对如何减轻物料对转接设备的磨蚀、修正料流的对中性、改进受料点的缓冲性能进行了论述。
In view of the characteristics existing in the current bulk material conveying system,the paper puts forward the structural types of several transfer equipment,and analyzes how to reduce abrasion by the material to the transfer equipment,correct alignment of the material flow,and improve buffering performance of the material receiving point in the aspects of specific solution and technical characteristics.
