经济全球化与信息化是当今世界经济发展的2种趋势,也是知识经济的2个重要特征。随着知识经济时代的来临,企业经营正从生产经营型向创新管理型转变,技术创新成为企业日常的、重要的活动并呈现出新的特点。文章从全面质量管理的背景和现状出发,探讨全面质量管理在电信运营商质量管理中的运用。
Economic globalization and informatization are not only the two trends of current world economic development, but the two important features of knowledge economy as well. With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, enterprise management is transferring from production operation pattern to innovation management pattern. Technical innovation has been the important and daily activities, which present new features. From the background and status of total quality management, the application of total quality management in telecommunication operators' quality management is discussed in this paper.
