化腐清创术治疗皮脂腺囊肿伴感染临床观察

Clinical Obserbation of Corruption Debridement Method Sebaceous Cyst with Infection

目的:观察化腐清创术治疗皮脂腺囊肿伴感染的临床疗效。方法:将皮脂腺囊肿伴感染患者78例随机分为2组,治疗组47例采用化腐清创术;对照组31例采用切开引流术治疗。观察两组临床疗效、伤口愈合时间长短及愈合后瘢痕的大小。结果:两组患者全部有效,疗效相当(P>0.05);治疗组治疗皮脂腺囊肿伴感染在伤口的愈合时间、愈合后瘢痕的大小方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化腐清创术治疗皮脂腺囊肿伴感染具有操作简单、病程短、愈合瘢痕小的优点。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of corruption debridement in the treatment of sebaceous cyst with infection.Methods：78 sebaceous cysts patients with infection were randomly divided into two groups of patients with infection,47 cases in the treatment group received rot debridement;control group of 31 patients with incision and drainage for the treatment.The clinical effects,the wound healing time,the healing scar size of the two groups were observed.Results：The curative effect of all the patients in the two groups was quite effective,it is alike（P〈 0.05）;the wound healing time and healing scar size of sebaceous cyst with infection in treatment group were better than that of control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusions：rot debridement in the treatment of sebaceous cyst with infection has the dvantages of simple operation,short duration,the advantages of little scarhealing.
