高密地区空腹血糖受损人群的中医体质类型相关性研究

Study on Correlation between TCM Constitution Type and Patients of IFG in Gaomi District

目的:研究高密地区IFG患者的体质分布类型。方法:以高密市中医门诊中的相关病例信息为研究对象,利用前沿性的研究方法,依据分析结果确定病例的体质特征并分析其呈现怎样的分布规律。结果:(1)IFG人群中的患者不单单只呈现一种体质、两种体质,有时会出现3种体质,更甚者会有以上3种体质交错出现的类型,而单一体质的患者在总人数中占据了较大的比例份额。(2)IFG的体质类型有以下几大类:气虚兼痰湿质;湿热质;阴虚质;痰湿质。(3)气虚兼痰湿质患者体内呈现较高的心电图异常率;在上述的几种主要体质中,体重指数、尿酸、体重、甘油三酯以及体表面积几项指标在气虚兼痰湿质和痰湿质两种体质内呈现较高的比例,而阴虚质中却与之相反;谷草转氨酶、胆固醇、尿素氮、肌酐、谷丙转氨酶参数4种体质中大致相同。结论:IFG患者不同体质与客观指标密切相关。

Objective：The discussion focused on how the IFG patient＇s physical presentations distribute.Methods：Gaomi medicine clinics in the relevant case information for the study,the use of cutting-edge research methods to determine the physical characteristics of the cases on the basis of the analysis results and analysis show how its distribution.Results：（1） IFG population of patients presenting a constitution is not just only two physical,sometimes three physical types worse still,there will be staggered over three physique appear,but only have a physical occupy a larger proportion of patients in the total number of shares.（2） Physical type of IFG in the following categories：qi and phlegm type,damp quality type yin deficiency type,phlegm type.（3） Qi and phlegm patients presented higher ECG abnormalities rate.In the above several major physique,the body mass index,uric acid,weight,triglycerides,and body surface area of several indicators show a higher proportion in the qi and phlegm and phlegm two constitution,while yin stroma but contrary;aspartate aminotransferase cholesterol blood urea nitrogen and creatinine content,alanine aminotransferase several substances in the four nearly identical physique.Conclusion：The patients of IFG with different physical type have different objectivity index.
