On Separating and Recycling of Manganese and Magnesium from Magnesium-rich Manganese Sulfate Solution

摘要 贵州松桃金瑞锰业有限责任公司是上市公司金瑞新材料科技股份有限公司的独资企业,隶属国资委企业长沙矿冶研究院。2009年10月,公司控股股东长沙矿冶研究院整体并入世界500强企业五矿集团。公司成立于2001年6月,地处湘、黔、渝两省一市交界处的松桃县,距渝怀铁路松桃站30 km,距铜仁飞机场70 km,交通便利。占地3.2万m^2,总投资1.5亿元,拥有年产2万t电解金属锰生产线并生产锰锭、锰盐等其他产品。 The continuous treatment of magnesium-rich manganese sulfate solution by using ammonium bicarbonate method and magnesium ammonium phosphate method was studied. The optimum condition of ammonium bicarbonate method to separate manganese and magnesium was obtained. The conditions were as follows: 2.0 moL/L for the concentration of ammonium bicarbonate is 6.8 ~ 7.0 for pH, 40℃ for temperature, 30 minutes for reaction time and no standing. Results showed that the recovery rate of manganese could reach 98.94% while the separating rate of magnesium was 89.07%. Then the recovery of magnesium from the first-step-treated solution by adding diammonium phosphate was studied. And results showed that the recovery rate of magnesium could reach 97.75% when [Mg^2+]/ [PO4^3] ratio of 1 manganese sulfate solution not only separated 2 and pH was 10. The continuous treatment of magnesium-rich manganese and magnesium but also obtained manganese earbonate and magnesium ammonium phosphate with high market value.
