摘要
文章分析了自动化立体仓库中堆垛机的组成及工作原理,根据堆垛机的功能要求及作业流程,完成了控制系统的变频调速、行走定位、通信功能及保护功能的模块设计,并说明PLC在系统中的应用。
This paper analyzed the composition and operating principle of stacker in automatic storage retrieval system.According to the function requirements and operation procedures of stacker,finished the modules design of frequency conversion,position-setting,communication function and protective function. illustrated that application of PLC in this system.
