摘要
电力企业管理的基础为班组管理,同时,班组管理也是企业实现管理目标的基本着力点。在电力体制改革的背景下,传统管理已不适应现代化企业管理需要,需向团队管理转变,这是班组管理思维模式的文化提升。文章从班组管理内涵、与传统管理比较及思维模式转变途径等方面,对该命题进行了分析。
