摘要
利用FLUENT软件计算了不吹氩时420 mm×1100 mm板坯连铸结晶器中心面、水口液面、出口处钢液流场和温度场,并计算了吹氩时结晶器钢液流场的分布特征,优化得出结晶器最佳吹氩量为3 L/min。现场试验表明,吹氩后结晶器内液渣层分布合理,钢流循环较好,液面较稳定,铸坯裂纹报废率降低15%。
The liquid flow field and temperature field at center,nozzle surface and outlet of 420 mm×1100 mm slab casting mold without injecting argon have been calculated by using FLUENT software,while distribution characters of liquid flow field and temperature field of mold with injecting argon are calculated to optimize and get the optimum argon injecting flowrate of 3 L/min in mold.The test results in situ show that with injecting argon the distribution of liquid slag layer in mold is reasonable,the circulation of steel flow is better and the liquid surface is stable,as a result the crack rejection rate of casting slab decreases by 15%.
