摘要
试验研究终轧温度790-850℃,轧后用超快冷与层流冷却相结合,40-60℃/s冷令却至580℃,卷取温度380℃时X100管线钢(/%:0.05C,0.25Si,1.97Mn,0.008F,0.002S,0.26Cu,0.36Cr,0.38Ni,0.22Mo,0.03V,0.02Ti,0.09Nb,0.029Als)14.8 mm热轧带卷的组织和力学性能。结果表明,该钢带卷的晶粒度为13.5级,带状组织0-0.5级,组织为粒状贝氏体+马氏体,并含有0.2-0.8μm马氏体/奥氏体岛,-20℃冲击功265-277 J,具有良好的综合力学性能,满足《天然气输送管道X100螺旋缝埋弧焊管用热轧板卷技术条件》标准要求。
The structure and mechanical properties of 14.8 mm hot-rolled strip coil of X100 pipeline steel(/%:0.05 C,0.25 Si,1.97 Mn,0.008 P,0.002 S,0.26 Cu,0.36 Cr,0.38 Ni,0.22 Mo,0.03 V,0.02 Ti,0.09 Nb,0.029Als)with finishing rolling at 790 - 850 ℃,after rolling combined ultra-fast cooling and laminar flow cooling with rate 40 - 60℃/s cooling to 580 ℃ and coiling at 380 ℃ are tested and studied.Results show that the grain size rating of strip coil is13.5,the banded structure rating is 0 - 0.5,the structure is granular bainite + martensite and containing 0.2 - 0.8 μm martensite/austenite island,the impact energy at-20 ℃ is 265 -277 J and it has better comprehensive mechanical properties to meet the requirement of standard "Technical Specification of Hot Rolled Plate Used for Manufacturing Grade X100 SAWL Pipe for Gas Pipeline".
