浅水测试场监控系统的设计与搭建

摘要 为了搭建浅水测试场监控系统,设计了基于WinCC搭建的SCADA系统。整个系统由5个子任务系统组成,每个子任务系统具有自己的工程师站与操控站。主服务器通过TCP/IP实现与子任务服务器的数据通信,结合大屏幕监控技术,实现了监控大屏幕上各任务的全屏与分屏显示,避免总监控系统对各个子任务画面的二次组态。搭建得到的监控系统具有更好的稳定性和可维护性,搭建工作量更小。通过Web Navigator和Data Monitor实现远程监控和数据下载,为其他监控系统搭建提供参考。 To setup the monitoring system for shallow water test site, the SCADA based on WinCC is setup. The entire system is composed of five sub task systems; each sub task system has its own engineer station and operator control station. The data communication between main server and sub task server is implemented via TCP/IP ; combining with large screen monitoring technology, each sub task can be displayed in full screen and split-screen on monitoring large screen, thus the secondary configuration for each sub task graphic can be avoided in total monitoring system. The system is easy to setup and possesses better stability and maintainability; remote monitoring and data download can be implemented through Web Navigator and Data Monitor; it provides reference for setting up other monitoring systems.
