摘要 目的建立壮药九龙盘药材的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对九龙盘进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定其中没食子酸的含量,色谱柱为Aichrom Reliasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(4∶96),流速1.0 m L·min^-1,检测波长270 nm,柱温26℃。结果九龙盘药材薄层色谱鉴别特征明显,专属性强;没食子酸进样量在0.08-0.56μg之间与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=1.000 0),平均加样回收率101.12%,RSD 2.20%(n=6)。结论所建立的定性定量测定方法简单可行,准确可靠,可用于九龙盘药材的质量控制参考。 Objective To establish the quality control method for Antenoron filiforme. Methods Antenoron filiforme was identified by TLC,and the content of gallic acid was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were as follows:Aichrom Reliasil C18 column (4. 6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrle-0. 1% phosphoric acid(4∶96),the flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min^-1 ,and the detection wavelength was 270 nm. Results TLC identification for An-tenoron filiforme was highly specific. Gallic acid content had a good linearity in the range of 0. 08-0. 56μg (r=1. 000 0). The av-erage recovery was 101. 12% and RSD was 2. 20% (n=6). Conclusion The method is simple, feasible,and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Antenoron filiforme.
