摘要
借助Moldflow软件分析了QC-10铝合金模具和P20钢模具对汽车门板中部插件注射成型时变形的影响,结果表明:使用QC-10铝合金模具制造的制件变形量小于P20钢模具制造的制件变形量,能显著提高制件成型质量,缩短制件成型周期,降低生产成本。
The effect of QC-10 aluminum alloy mould and P20 steel mould on the deforma-tion of the internal panel middle plug-in of an automotive door was analyzed by Moldflow software. The results show that the deformation of the product manufactured by QC-10 alu-minum alloy mould is less than that by P20 steel mould, which can improve the parts’ moulding quality significantly and reduce the moulding cycle and production costs.
