分析了塑件的结构特点,详细介绍了模具结构、工作过程、分型面设计、冷却系统设计及避免产生飞边的措施。模具经实际生产验证,模温均衡稳定,塑件成型周期短,降低了制造成本,对类似塑件的成型具有一定的参考作用。
The structure characteristic of a water purifier pedestal was analyzed; and the mould structure for the forming, the work process, design of parting level and cooling sys-tem and measures to avoid flash burr were stated in detail.
