摘要
通过对洗衣机排水管支架的材料、结构与成型工艺进行分析,设计了钢球与弹簧组合的侧向抽芯机构,模具结构紧凑,动作可靠,塑件脱模顺利,成型的塑件完全达到使用要求,对类似塑件的注射模设计具有一定的参考作用。
Based on analysis of the material, structure and forming process of the drain-pipe bracket of a washing machine, a side core-pulling mechanism combined with steel ball and spring was designed. The mould is compact in structure, reliable in action and smooth in demoulding.
