锻模镍基高硬度材料堆焊及加工工艺研究

Study on the surfacing welding and processing technique of high hardness nickel base materials in forging dies

针对锻模三层不同材料堆焊技术的应用,从材料选择、堆焊过程及加工工艺展开阐述,通过堆焊技术的应用达到了预期的效果,提高了零件的生产效率,降低了生产成本,改善了锻造效果,实现了批量生产镍基堆焊锻模。

Presentation was made on the surfacing welding technology of three-layer differ-ent material in forging dies in terms of the material selection, surfacing welding process and processing technique. The quantity production of nickel base surfacing welding forging dies was achieved.
