摘要 采用自行复配的无卤阻燃剂制备了无卤阻燃连续长玻纤增强聚碳酸酯(PC)材料。该材料具有较好的阻燃性能、较高机械性能及良好电绝缘性能,其相比耐漏电起痕指数(CTI)已超过600V。而且,该材料对银和铜等电极具有低腐蚀性。该材料已经广泛应用于接触器、漏电保护器、断路器外壳等电子电器领域的产品。 In research, the halogen-free flame retardant continuous long-fiber reinforced polycarbonate (PC) material was prepared by a home made compound halogen-free flame retardant. The material showed good flame-resistant and mechanical and insulation properties with the comparative tracking index (CTI) over 600 V. Furthermore, it had low corrosive resistance for the silver and copper electrode. The material has already been widely used in electrical and electronic appliances such as contactors, leakage protection device and circuit breakers housing.
