Effect of MPBO on Thermal and Mechanical Properties of PA6 / NMA Blends

摘要 采用熔融共混法制备了尼龙6/N-苯基马来酰亚胺-马来酸酐二元共聚物/2,2'-(1,3-亚苯基)双(2-噁唑啉)(PA6/NMA/MPBO)共混物,利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热重分析(TGA)、热变形温度、力学性能、熔体质量流动速率等测试研究了MPBO含量对PA6/NMA/MPBO共混物热性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着MPBO含量的增加,PA6/NMA/MPBO共混物的结晶温度、熔融温度、熔融焓以及结晶度均逐渐降低,热稳定性先增加后减小;当MPBO的含量为2份时,热变形温度、拉伸强度和弯曲强度均达到最大值,分别为72.4℃、80.05MPa、106.44 MPa,较纯PA6分别提高了26.9%、15.2%和17%;当MPBO的含量为3份时,PA6/NMA/MPBO共混物熔体质量流动速率达到最低值,仅为0.8 g/10min。 Nylon 6 (PA6) /N-phenyl maleimide-maleic anhydride copolymer (NMA) /2, 2'- (1, 3-phenylene) bis-2-oxazolin (MPBO) blends were prepared by melt blending method. The effects of MPBO content on thermal and mechanical properties of the PA6/NMA/MPBO blends were studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), heat distortion temperature, mechanical properties and melt flow rate test. The results showed that: with the increase of MPBO content, the crystallization and melting temperature, melting enthalpy and crystallinity of PA6/NMA/MPBO blends decreased, but the thermal stability first increased and then decreased ; when the MPBO content was 2 parts, the heat distortion temperature and tensile and bending strength reached the maximum of 72. 4℃, 80. 05 MPa and 106. 44 MPa respectively, which increased 26. 9%, 15.2% and 17% respectively compared with the pure PA6; when MPBO content was 3 parts, the melt mass flow rate of PA6/NMA/MPBO blends reached the minimum of only 0. 8 g/10min.
