摘要
首次合成了[(PCy3)2Cl2RuCHCH2OPh]新型钌卡宾催化剂,并成功地用于双环戊二烯(DCPD)的开环易位聚合(ROMP)反应,确定了聚合反应条件对催化剂活性的影响规律。适宜的聚合反应条件为:催化剂和双环戊二烯的物质的量比为1∶600,反应温度60℃,反应时间30 min,双环戊二烯的转化率为99.8%,这表明新型钌卡宾催化剂对双环戊二烯的聚合反应具有优异的催化活性。
The new ruthenium carbene catalyst of [ ( PCy3 ) 2 C12 Ru ~CHCH20Ph ] was successfully prepared and The effect of applied in the ring-opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP) of dicyclopentadiene (DCPD). polymerization conditions on the catalyst activity was determined. The o conditions were as follows : the reaction temperature was 60 ~C, the reaction time was 4 ptimal polymerization h and the molar ratio of the catalyst to dicyclopentadiene was 1 : 600. Under these conditions, the conversion of dicyclopentadiene was 99. 8%. The result showed that the catalyst exhibited good catalytic activities in the polymerization of dicyclopentadiene.
