摘要
基于数字图像相关方法实验研究了芳纶纤维-环氧树脂基体界面疲劳力学性能。首先,通过有机玻璃模具、芳纶纤维束以及常温固化环氧树脂制备了纤维-基体界面力学性能测试用试验件;其次,利用疲劳试验机搭建了纤维-基体界面疲劳力学性能数字图像相关方法非接触光学测试平台;最后,试验表征了纤维-基体界面在压-压疲劳载荷和三点弯曲疲劳载荷作用下的界面残余变形,分析了纤维束对基体疲劳性能的影响。
In this paper, the fatigue property of fiber-matrix interface was studied experimentally based on digital image correlation (DIC) method. First, the specimens, which were used to study the properties of fiber-matrix interface, were prepared using a polymethyl methacrylate mould, aramid fiber bundle and room temperature curing epoxy resin. Then, based on the fatigue machine and digital image correlation method, the non-contact optical measurement system was established using fatigue testing machine. Finally, the residual deformation of fiber-matrix interface under compress-compress fatigue load and three-point bending fatigue load was characterized, and the effect of the fiber bundle on the fatigue properties of epoxy matrix was analyzed.
