摘要 通过十溴二苯醚与三氧化二锑协调使用制备阻燃环氧树脂,选择粒径为2 ~ 30 μm和60~120 μm的空心玻璃微珠按照体积比为1∶1均匀混合,固化剂十二烯基琥珀酸酐与甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐复配制备了4500 m阻燃固体浮力材料,材料的密度、耐静水压强度与普通4500 m浮力材料相当,并且材料氧指数达27%~29%. With the flame retardant epoxy resin prepared through decabromodiphenyl oxide and antimony oxide, two kinds of hollow glass microspheres with the respective particle sizes of 2 ~ 30 ~m and 60 -120 p.m mixed with volume ratio of 1 : 1 and dodecenylsuccinic anhydride and methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride as the compound curing agent, the flame retardant solid buoyancy material of 4 500 meters was prepared. The density and hydrostatic pressure strength of the material was the same as the ordinary 4 500 meters of solid buoyancy material, and the oxygen index of the material was 27% ~ 29%.
