摘要 以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为主体,超导碳黑为导电填料,偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)为发泡剂,制备了永久导电聚烯烃泡沫材料(IXPE)。对辐射交联聚乙烯发泡材料的导电性能、辐照剂量进行了研究,并对永久导电辐射交联聚乙烯发泡材料的综合性能进行了分析。结果表明,在优选的几种超导碳黑中,当T-1添加50份,辐照剂量为13.5r/min+1.5MeV+15mA+2层时,能得到性能优异的永久导电辐射交联聚烯烃泡沫塑料,体积电阻率可以降到105Ω·cm。 In this paper, with low density polyethylene (LDPE) as the main body, the superconducting carbon black as the conductive filler and azodiearbonamide (AC) as the foaming agent, permanently conductive irradiation cross-linked polyethylene foam (IXPE) material was prepared. The electrical conductivity of IXPE and the radiation dose were studied, and the comprehensive properties of permanently conductive irradiation crosslinked polyethylene foam Were analyzed. The results showed that, among several superconducting carbon black preferred, when T-1 content was 50 parts by weigh and the irradiation condition was 13.5 r/min+l. 5 MeV+15 mA+2 layers, permanently conductive radiation cross- linked polyolefin foam material with excellent performances and good product quality could be obtained, the volume resistivity of which reduced to 10^5Ω· cm.
