摘要
为了寻找哈萨克斯坦进口液化石油气(LPG)短重率较高的原因,在资料审核无果的情况下,对58车次LPG分别在装车站多斯特克、进境站阿拉山口和到货站独山子进行皮重和毛重的衡重,对各站间衡重所得结果的差异值进行对比分析。采用数理统计假设检验中方差分析的方法对皮重、毛重和净重共9组差异值进行差异显著性判定,得到皮重、毛重和净重3组衡重数据间均存在显著性差异。对各组数据进一步进行多重比较,得出了装车站多斯特克的过衡结果与进境站阿拉山口和到货站独山子的过衡结果存在显著性差异的结论,认为导致进口LPG持续短重的原因应是装车站多斯特克的衡器存在系统偏差。对多斯特克的电子汽车衡进行重新检定后,短重率大幅下降至贸易各方可以接受的3‰以内,解决了持续困扰各方的短重问题。
The weight of the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) imported from Kazakhstan is lacking for a long time. For finding out the causes, the tare and gross weight of 58 cars weighed at Duositeke station, Alashankou station and Dushanzi station separately. The difference in 9 group data of tare, gross and net weight of 58 cars is analyzed using the variance analysis of mathematical statistics, and the results show that the difference of 9 group data is all significant. By comparing the data, it is held that the less weight of LPG imported from Kazakhstan is caused by the systemic error of the electronic car weigher at Duositeke station. By the correction of the weighter, the less weight rate is decreased to within 3‰, which is acceptable to two parties.
