摘要
建立连翘指纹图谱与抗菌活性之间的谱效关系,探索连翘抑菌主要活性成分。用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法研究不同产地连翘提取物的指纹图谱;以抑制金黄色葡萄球菌的活性比较不同产地连翘的生理活性差异;采用主成分、双变量相关、多元线性回归分析连翘的谱效关系。在连翘指纹图谱中,连翘酯苷A、咖啡酸、连翘苷和连翘脂素与连翘抑制金黄色葡萄球菌活性之间存在密切的关联性。连翘酯苷A、咖啡酸、连翘苷和连翘脂素可能为连翘抑菌活性的有效成分群。
Purpose: Investigating the chromatogram-effect relationship between HPLC fingerprint chromatograms of Forsythia suspensa Vahl and the antibacterial activities. HPLC method was adopted to study the fingerprint chromatograms of the different origin extracts obtained from forsythia; Using antibacterial trials to compare the differences of physiological activity; The HPLC fingerprint chromatograms with pharmacodynamics was analyzed using Principal component,bivariate correlation and multiple linear regression. The HPLC fingerprint chromatograms of 21 batches of the forsythia were obtained and 12 characteristic common peaks were detected,and the peaks 6( caffeic acid),9( forsythiaside A),11( forsythin) and 12( forsythia Lignans) were closely related with antibacterial activity and the active ingredients of antimicrobial activity of forsythia. Forsythiaside A,caffeic acid,forsythin and forsythia Lignans may be the main effective components group of antibacterial activities.
