摘要
以氨基酸为起始原料,经过酯化反应,与醛形成亚胺中间体,钯碳还原胺化,氢化脱苄,最终合成光学纯N-甲基氨基酸酯。此方法合成路线简单,不需要对氨基酸侧链进行保护,经济环保。
N-methyl amino acid ester was synthesized from amino acid as the starting material,through esterification,the formation of the imine intermediate with aldehyde,palladium reductive amination,and hydrogenation debenzylation. The synthetic method was simple,economical,environmental,and does not need to protect amino acid side chains.
