摘要
在多光束晶面反射模型的基础上采用单光束晶面反射模型推导了晶体X射线衍射的布拉格方程,并给出更具普遍意义下布拉格方程的推导过程.
On the basis of the multi-beam plane reflection model,the crystal X-ray diffraction Bragg equation of the single-beam plane reflection model is deduced and the derivation of the more general Bragg equation is given.
