摘要
中小学干部培训班的建设不仅是为了完成一个培训项目,更重要的是提升学员持续思考、学习的能力。以中小学干部培训班级建设为目标,以学习型组织为理论依据,以中小学干部培训的实践为基础,梳理出了"以班主任为核心,以共同愿景的建立和团队学习的开展为基础"的学习型干训班级的模型。
In this study, the construction of the school cadre training in class is set as the goal, and the learning organization theory serves as the theoretical foundation. Through practice, a preliminary model of learning-oriented training class is combed out. In this model, the head teacher plays the core role,and shared vision and team learning are regarded as two basis. This study will benefit the further training of school cadre.
