摘要 采用固相反应法制备NiCuZn系铁氧体粉料,以此粉料为原料采用流延法制备了不同尺寸(长、宽、厚)的电磁屏蔽片。测试并研究了RFID天线的S11(天线回波损耗)曲线以及可读写距离与紧贴其背后的屏蔽片的厚度及长宽尺寸之间的关系。结果表明,改变屏蔽片的厚度与长宽尺寸以及经过裂片处理,可以调节S11曲线吸收峰中心频率的偏移。吸收峰中心频率偏移的减小可以提高RFID卡可读写距离的恢复比例。 The NiCuZn ferrite powder was prepared by solid-state reaction method, and electromagnetic shielding sheet with different thickness and size was produced by tape casting using the powder. Effects of thickness of the shielding sheet and size of the antenna coil on the S11 curve of RFID card were studied, and also effects of thickness of shielding sheet and size of length and width on the reading/writing distance were researched. It was found that the deviation of absorption peak frequency of the S11 curve can be adjusted by changing the thickness of shielding sheet , altering the coil size and applying cracking process. The reduction of the deviation of absorption peak frequency of the S11 curve can also increase reading/writing distance of RFID card.
