摘要
采用有限元软件Magnet对单相非晶纳米晶可控电抗器进行了三维有限元仿真。通过建立三维简化模型、对其在不同电压下进行三维时谐场分析,获取了控制特性数据及三维磁场分布。仿真与实验结果表明,磁场分布的数值计算与控制特性的实验相符合。该方法有助于精确了解非晶纳米晶可控电抗器的内部磁场分布和控制特性,对电抗器的工程设计与运行分析具有有益的理论指导与实践参考价值。
Three-dimensional finite element simulation was performed for single-phase amorphous controllable reactors by Magnet software. By establishing simplified three-dimensional model 3D time harmonic magnetic field analysis was computed to obtain the control characteristics data and three-dimensional magnetic field distribution. The results of simulation and experiment show that the numerical calculations of magnetic field distribution coincide with the control characteristics of the experiment . This method helps to accurately understand the amorphous controllable reactor internal magnetic field distribution and control characteristics and is of theoretical guidance and practical value for engineering design and operation analysis of the controllable reactor.
