水利类专业开放式实训室管理模式研究

开放式实训室是学生第二课堂的重要活动场所,在大学生科技文化中发挥着巨大的作用。湖南水利水电职业技术学院水利类专业开设有水利工程等四个专业,改革实训室开放制度两年来,已建立了一种以教师为指导学生自主管理的实训室开放式管理模式。此管理模式较好地解决了原有集中实训效果较差的问题。开放实训室制度建立至今已近运行两年,各项规章制度、运行机制都比较完善,并取得了一定的成果。

The open training room is an important place for students of the second classroom activities, plays a great role in students＇ science and technology culture. Hunan water conservancy and Hydropower Career Technical College conservancy specialty of hydraulic engineering four professional, reform training room opening system for two years, has established an independent management guidance to teachers for students training room open management mode. This management mode can better solve the problem of the poor effect of the existing centralized training. Open laboratory system establishment has been nearly two years operation, the operating mechanism of the rules and regulations, are more perfect, and has made certain achievements.
