In the paper,the concept and standard of repair for bending of main beam for crane are introduced. Moreover,the principles of repair in actual production of downwarp for main beam are discussed through measuring and analyzing the causes of downwarp for main beam as well as calculating the strength of main beam. The specific measures for repairing bending are proposed finally.
