基于双因素理论的高职院校学生教学满意度研究 被引量:2

摘要 在高职院校学生学习特征分析的基础上,从双因素理论的视角出发,对影响高职院校学生教学满意度的因素进行研究,最终确定责任心、外语能力、互动教学等9项保健因素,系统思考、个性教学、质疑能力等10项激励因素,并根据分析结果提出建议。 In the paper,the factors influencing teaching satisfaction of students in higher vocational colleges are studied from the perspective of two-factor theory based on analyzing their learning features. As a result,such nine hygiene factors as conscientiousness,foreign language aptitude and interactive learning as well as such ten motivating factors as system thinking,personalized teaching and ability to question are determined. Finally,some suggestions are proposed according to the results.
