高层建筑用Q420GJC钢的研制及应用

摘要 利用Nb、Ti等元素微合金化,配合控轧控冷工艺,开发了低屈强比、高强度Q420GJC钢。对其工业性试制钢板进行了拉伸、冲击、组织结构检验及焊接性能试验,结果显示,研制的钢种组织为铁素体+珠光体且铁素体比例占50%以上,具有优良的综合性能,屈强比≤0.81,Rm≥560 MPa,满足高层建筑用钢技术要求,已成功实现工程应用。 The new high-rise buildings steel Q420GJC with low yield/tension ratio and high strength were developed using Nb-Ti microalloying as well as controlled rolling and cooling process. The performances of the tensile, impact, microstructure and welding of the steel were tested. The results showed that the microstructure of the steel is composed of more than 50% ferrite and pearlite, the steel has excellent comprehensive properties: the yield/tension ratio is less than 0,81, the Rm is more than 560 MPa and can meet the requirements of high-rise buildings structure steel. The steel has been successfully implemented in engineering.
