摘要 莱钢烧结厂通过采取改用三元流风机增大烧结主抽风量,治理烧结台车漏风,加强设备管理等措施,降低烧结机漏风率,减少故障停机时间,提升了烧结主抽风机风量,烧结矿产量由日均9 800 t增产至10 500 t,年节省备件约400万元。 Through adopting three yuan flow fan for increasing sintering ventilation quantity, controlling air leakage of sintering trolley, strengthening equipment management in the sintering plant of Laiwu Steel, the air volume of the main sintering fan were improved, the daily average yield of sintering machine were increased to 10 500 t from 9 800 t, the air leakage rate and the equipment failure shutdown time were reduced, about 4 000 000 Yuan of the spare parts and materials were saved.
