摘要
针对高炉除尘灰对生产和环境的影响,结合泰钢的实际情况,在利用老焦化厂洗煤车间闲置的浮选机、螺旋选矿机、跳汰机、压滤机等成套的硬件设施的同时,采用一种全新高炉除尘灰综合处理工艺,使高炉除尘灰有效利用率达到100%,每100t高炉除尘灰可提取25~42t的铁精粉和22~30t的炭精粉,既减少了环境污染,又进一步降低炼铁成本。
Considering the blast furnace dust impact on production and the environment, the flotation machine, spiral concentrator, jigger, and pressure filter are put into use again according to the production situation in Taishan steel, which have been left aside in former coal washing workshop. A new blast furnace dust comprehensive treatment technology is used to achieve 100% effective availability of the handled dust. About 25-42 t powdered iron and 22-30 t carbon powder can be made from 100 tons blast furnace dust, so that environment pollution and iron-making cost can be reduced further.
