摘要
莱钢TRT机组采用高精度保护控制方式,通过以太网通讯,由计算机运算分别控制减压阀组和静叶,交接过程中顶压无波动,保证了TRT测计算机控制系统与高炉本体控制系统的数据同步。控制系统投入运行后,系统运行稳定、可靠,提高了高炉顶压设定值和冶炼强度,降低了焦煤比,提高发电量,实现TRT全天候运行。
In control unit of Laiwu Steel TRT protection unit, due to application of the high-precision control via Ethernet communications, computer operations were controlled by valve group and vanes, there were no top pressure fluctuation during the transfer process, that guaranteed data synchronization between the TRT test computer control system with blast furnace body control. After the control system were put into operation, the system was stable, reliable, and improved the blast furnace top pressure setpoint and smelting intensity, reduced coke ratio, increased generating capacity and achieve all-weather run TRT.
