Internationalization of Administrative Law and Its Manifestations

全球化给人来带来了福祉,但是与此同时全球公共问题也不断凸显,全球治理应运而生。全球治理是公共管理全球化的最高形式,行政法国际化是对全球治理的法律回应。行政法国际化目前已经不再仅仅流于纯粹理论上的探讨,而是在实践中已经有某些迹象可循,借着这些迹象,对照传统行政法的概念工具,或许能给我们带来不同的研究视角。

While the globalization has brought welfare to all humans, the public issues worldwide have become increasingly striking. This has led to the appearance of the global recovery which is the supreme form of the globalization of public management.. And the internationalization of the administrative laws is the response to the global recovery. At present, such internationalizations is not only in the form of theoretical research, but in some traces of practice. Along these traces and comparing to the concepts of the traditional administrative laws, we may probably find some different perspectives for our research.
